1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
- It is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perfumes and cosmetics (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened electronic accessories (e.g., earphones, headphones)
- Perishable goods or items labeled “Non-Returnable”
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team via info@sasik.lk or call 078 271 0702 within 7 days.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
- Our team will review and approve the return if eligible.
- Once received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after product inspection. For cash-on-delivery orders, a bank transfer may be arranged.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If the wrong product was sent or damaged on arrival, Sasik.lk will cover the full return cost.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible for the same product type or value if stock is available.
